I shared some of her pictures at age 2, so I thought some of you might enjoy seeing some of her "art" from age 3:)
(Molly says this is: A girl with her candle)
( Molly asked me to draw a circle, I did. 10 minutes later I saw that she had made it into the head of a Turtle:)
( The "paw" of a bear Molly made out of her play doh)
(I saw Molly drawing on this toy and asked what is was. She said it was: 3 Princesses and one is crying because they couldn't find the baby Princess:)
(I laminated this so its a bit shiny here. Molly said this is Shrek, and then she pointed out the squiggly ears to prove it. She seemed insulted I didn't know right away...lol)
(Molly showed me this when it was all done. She told me it's a picture of: a dinosaur hand reaching for a flower in the sun.)
(Molly drew this face, and asked me to cut it out and for tape. Then she found this stick in our craft supplies and taped the face to it herself. She told me she made a "puppet")
(This picture was a preschool project, and I believe Molly's teacher had the moon, stars and the writing done on this. But Molly drew herself in the space suit...and it makes me giggle!)
( I was sure this was the best baby deer ever painted by a 3 year old! But Molly assures me it's a fox! lol.)

I love the ingenuity of the puppet and the 'obviously its a fox' hahaha
so great!
I've said it before, Molly is such an artist! I love seeing her pictures and figuring out what she drew and then finding out if I was right when reading the description. Usually there is some really cool spin in the description (ex. dinasour hand instead of a regular hand) that I missed seeing, and then I get to go back and look at it again and see how the picture is even more awesome than I first thought! Love it!
She is so awesome! And I think one of my favorite Molly memories will always be her commenting on my "art". "Well, that can be her bandage" referring to the hair that I had drawn on the head of the princess.....hahahahaha :)
molly will be the next known child artist. love Gramie
